Terms of Use

1. Scope

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MYORA mobile application (the "App"), operated by Gefühlt Beta UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Klosterstrasse 46, 46282 Dorsten, Germany ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

MYORA transforms photos you provide into anime-style artwork using AI. The catalog of available art styles may change over time as we add or retire styles.

3. Unlimited Subscription

MYORA Unlimited is an auto-renewing subscription available as a weekly, monthly, or annual plan. The exact price is always shown in the App and in the App Store / Google Play checkout before you subscribe.

New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts automatically at the price shown when you started the trial.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account.

You can cancel at any time in your device's subscription settings (App Store: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; Google Play: Play Store > Payments & subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; until then you keep full access.

4. "Unlimited" and Fair Use

"Unlimited" means there is no cap on the number of your anime creations during your subscription - no credits, no daily or monthly quota. To keep the service fair and responsive for everyone, images are processed one at a time; at times of high demand your creation may wait briefly in a queue.

Fair use: we may limit automated, bulk, or commercial use that degrades the service for others (for example scripted mass generation). Normal personal use is never limited in number.

5. Legacy Credits

Credit packs are no longer sold. If you purchased credits in the past, they remain valid and can still be used for transformations. Credits have no cash value and are not paid out; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. Your Content

You may only upload photos that you have the right to use, and you must not upload unlawful content or content that violates the rights of others. Uploaded images are processed solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may use the anime images created from your photos freely, provided your source photo and your use of the results do not infringe third-party rights. You are responsible for how you use and share them.

7. Payments and Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google as the merchant of record. Refund requests are handled through the App Store or Google Play; your statutory withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Transformations depend on third-party AI providers and may occasionally fail; a failed transformation never costs you anything (a spent legacy credit is refunded automatically).

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose fulfilment you may regularly rely), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms, for example when we introduce new features or when legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page; we will announce material changes in the App.

11. Applicable Law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
