What does Unlimited include?
The Unlimited subscription lets you create as many anime as you like, in every art style - no credits, no daily limit. Images are created one at a time, so at busy times your creation may wait briefly in a queue.
Why did my transformation fail?
Transformations might fail due to network issues, server load, or if the image contains content that doesn't comply with our guidelines. Try again with a different image or check your internet connection.
How do I restore my purchases?
If you've reinstalled the app or switched to a new device, tap "Restore Purchases" in the app's settings. This verifies your previous purchases with the App Store or Google Play and restores your subscription - and any credits remaining from past purchases.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are processed by Apple or Google, not directly by us. Please contact Apple App Store or Google Play support for refund requests. However, feel free to let us know about your issue, and we'll try to help if we can.
